I can agree with other reviewers that the seating is pretty limited here. However, I've noticed that they've rearranged their tables to allow for a few more seats. Additionally, the outdoor seating is great. Regardless, this place seems constantly packed. The staff at this location is super friendly and good about getting drinks out quickly. The downer for me about this place is the physical location. If you want to go back North on Academy it's a chore. You either have to make 2 left turns at busy intersections (onto Austin Bluffs, then to Academy), or go through some neighborhoods and wind your way to Meadowland. Either route is a 4-6 min excursion.

I've been sneaking coffee from here around the corner from family for years now, and they're always on the mark. The service is fast, the staff is friendly, I get my joe and I'm on my way. No complaints!

This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Every now and again (a few times per month), I hit this Starbucks on the way to work for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. And each time, I tell myself I'm not coming back. But then I do, because it's close, and I vow the same thing all over again. After about 5 times of waiting forever and being late to work, I'm tapping out. When they have to give you those "Sorry we forgot your stuff so here's a free coffee coupon" every time you go in, the free stuff ceases to be worth the wait. I'm not saying I'd never go back. I'll just try to plan an extra 15 minutes if I do. The staff is nice, just disorganized.

This is one Starbucks location I really can't go to anymore... because I can NEVER find a seat. It's so packed at all hours of the day, that you pretty much have to be willing to walk in, grab a coffee and leave. That's not a "bad thing" per se, and I'm happy for them that business is good. But it's just not really somewhere I can go to meet with people, work on a laptop or read a book. Too many people. The good news is that there's another Starbucks about three blocks north of here, so if you really have a hankerin' for a Frappuccino and can't sit here, try up the street. You may get lucky.

The service was pretty fast but they didn't do the right amount of Caramel pumps that I asked for in my drink and I asked for no foam or whipped cream and there were both in my drink, but the drink was still yummy but wish they would have listened to what I wanted. AND this is just a general irritation about starbucks, they NEVER have enough pumpkin scones. If they're going to be open ALL day then why don't they continue to make enough scones that everyone loves so much??? Thanks for listening

newbie to Starbucks and they were kind over the speaker and helped me with my selections. the drive thru guy chatted me up while awaiting the fancy drink for my kid and he was awesome! still shocked that a guy from calif. that looks like a stoner dude was in the military! wicked sweet and funny young fellow that gave me something to chat about to my grown boys. Loved the product and the human experience too!

The service here was great and all employees were kind. The best part was that I accidentally dropped my school ID Card outside on accident. Later I realized that one of the workers brought it to my school. (On their own time) I will definitely return.

This is a bad Starbucks experience I'm having. The tables were wobbly so we moved to another table that was sticky. I asked for a cleaning cloth and the barista acted like I was bothering her. Then when I got my drink it had whipped cream even though I asked for none. Then when I asked her to remove it she walked away. Another girl walked up a few minutes later to help me out. Uhg! I wrote the company via their website and they sent me two free drink coupons. I redeemed them at another starbucks.
